Pair Programming in Interviews

The question that was probably asked in this interview was, what am I going to work on? And the answer was, oh, we're going to re-architect this thing. But a better question could be, what did your team deliver most recently? Like tell me about the last three deliveries your team did. What was it? If the answer is... What are you actually working on? Exactly. Is really easy to speculate on, but the answer to what did you work on is like super concrete and probably 100% more representative of what you will work on in your near future. That's why I'm a fan of pair programming in interviews because you get to see what people are
