The Story of Dr. Sam Shepherd
On February 21st, 1945, Sam and Marilyn were married in Hollywood. They didn't stay on the West Coast too much longer because Sam ended up getting a job at his father's practice back in Cleveland. And by all accounts, he was very popular at the hospital. Everybody he worked with enjoyed working with him. The couple bought a beautiful home together along the shore of Lake Erie.
