The 60 Minutes Defamation Lawsuit

Peter Bergen: Channel nine tried to claim that they shouldn't have to pay me or what they pay me should be reduced, because I already went out on my podcast and told everybody that I won my lawsuit. "I've already I've already mitigated the damages," he says of his defamation suit against 60 minutes. The judge said there was like 38 things they wanted to introduce but only six were allowed.
