The Powers of Evil
Paul would say there are powers at work exploiting collective human brokenness to wreak havoc in our world. The church is this little fairy tale landscape that is called to live as if Jesus is truly the king and we are called to buy the empowerment of the spirit. And so it's a community where our view of sex becomes reformed around the idea of God who loves himself and gives himself up for us.
