Using Cotley in a Jarbescrip Application?

Cotling has a very, very strict rule on what dependencis. You can ad to your application and cotling doesn't make the cut. There have been discussions about comverting it back at the temen. We are not ready to do this now. If there's a potential to break people, i'm sure we're going to break somebody with just too many clients.
