Is There a Quick Switcher for Notes?

Apple notes doesn't have a quick switcher for notes. This has become a popular feature in a bunch of apps even really diverse apps like Acorn which is a graphics editor on the Mac. The idea is that you can hit a keyboard shortcut usually command O and quickly navigate with the keyboard to any other area or document in the app. It really speeds up navigation especially on a device with a with an attached hardware keyboard.
