The Bears Are Potentially in Trouble

Jim Boulden: The problem with bulls is just the time decay of this bearish position. He says if we don't go into a recession over the near area near term, many investors think they're calling for first quarter of negative GDP in the second quarter of this year. But ultimately, what tends to happen late in the bull market cycle is that one investor has to capitulate by realization that the recession hasn't been running quite a while.
