In order to successfully scale at an appropriate rate, you break off each one of those tools and you hand them to some one else. I didn't even know how much money i was making. That's obviously not what's driving me. So the first step was seeing what do you have, and then making like, like a spread sheet of like, ok, you need now pay yourself a certain amount. And that goes back to my entire staff. Everyone has been in envidium coaching as an athlete, and through that, they're bornin to the way we do things. They'r not looking elsewhere like they fully believe in what we're doing is what's going to help
