What Happens When Stress Is Normal?

When we shift out of healthy normal stress, let's talk about normal versus toxic stress. Stress is getting into every one of our cells and rightfully it should because our experiences that we are having are being processed by our mind in the gravitational fields of our body. But if we don't view it correctly and we view stress as I keep saying is bad, then it goes in incorrectly. If you start allowing yourself to go down that rabbit hole within milliseconds, you've shifted into toxic stress. Less blood flow, less oxygen which means less nutrients, less functionality, brain wave activity changes. Then your immune system starts sending out immune factors to start looking at the thought that's busy coming into your brain
