How to Build a Relationship With a Capital Provider
The firm that I work for, that's what we try to communicate is that we focus on Bitcoin only companies building on infrastructure for Bitcoin lightning and other areas of the industry. The founder has to keep it professional, be very transparent, be honest about challenges while they're being optimistic about the future. What I'd also ask investors who are backing first-time founders is to have a little give the founder a little leeway. Their ego might get big. They might be overly aggressive. You want mutual respect to exist in the room. This is not just on the investor, this is on the founder too.
