How to Train for a Four Pulley Injury Rehab

The best time in the Red River Gorge is like that last week of February into the first week of March. I'll usually just do like pretty high volume, lower intensity stuff in June. That's kind of like my month off. And then somewhere at the beginning of July, I'll start doing a lot of short work. Less strength, weights, hang boarding, max hangs, that kind of thing. Then I'll usually transition into more of a power phase at the end of August and into September. At November, I'm probably climbing four days a week and then doing some rehab antagonistic training twice a week. And then one complete rest day.
