The first time around the first appraiser i learned one very important lesson that i will at any point share with as many people as i can and that's never have your inspector in your appraiser go out to the property at the same time. The inspector looked at some of the stuff at the house he was just having a casual conversation with people that were around him pointed out a bunch of problems.
