A habit is your, it's not a reflexive response. You have innate stuff that are habits and that you're going to have difficulty changing. In order to change a habit, you have to self regulate. ADHD is an executive function impairment. One of the largest executive function, major one is self regulation. If you want to exercise, take care of the brain stimulation and exercise might take care of itself.
