The law isn't as arcane as you think it is. And when you try and engage in magic trickery, the court will come down very hard on you. The only way in which it could possibly work that I could see would be if a court were to decide that you were so mentally ill, that you were unable to understand the nature of the charges that were being presented against you. It's really important to a lot of lawyers where you have fewer due process rights. You know, like I can't imagine any fate worse on a speeding ticket than, you know, being involuntarily committed. Yeah. Why don't you just pay the 200 bucks or whatever? Right.
