Is There a D M Button in Stories?

Insegram is a little bar that sits at the bottom of a story. And then when you click into the bar, you're able to type in a message. Insegram even gives you now a which is why mention, like story mentions, or such a common d m notification for businesses. It shows you little amojes till i send to the page to react to their story, right? Right? I do it so intuitively i don't ever remember how it worksy ok. So i send the word mam. Here's a little technical question. Is it smart enough to know the difference, or is it just looking for any it being in the software that powers
