How to Know When You're Overloaded

We want to be able to scan our day for any moments when we can check in. One way to bring yourself back to kind of a balanced set of hemispheres of your brain is to just narrate whatever you are doing that is a physical practice as you are doing it. And this is also a great way to ground right before if you're anxious about something you're about to go into a presentation, whatever it is. It is like a reminder that we can help our bodies regulate and then do the little inner break room tune in.
