The Importance of Diversity in Tech

In general, it's kind of coded as left-wing, but I think the, in terms of like within the tech ecosystem, within like what works in tech, I think it's almost, you know, 180 degrees the opposite way. Like the white people like the egalitarianism, the immigrants like the meritocracy. And one thing that's interesting about Asian people that like go to Ivy League schools and like are smart enough to understand that they're like being systemically discriminated against. But yet in many scenarios, I'm sure you've seen this actually support it. You're just misunderstanding the selection effect here, right?
