How Did Oral Argument Go?
Five hours of arguments in the two cases just about five hours of arguments, an extraordinary day. There was vigorous advocacy at the podium from from every advocate. I detected that there is some reasonable possibility that what will happen in this case is what has happened in other cases in this area. And each time on the other side, what we came to say is that rumors of my demise have been greatly overstated. We'll have to wait and see, but we should know by June.
