A weekly roundup is kind of the summary. Hey, here's the trends from the week that could escalate it into the leadership team. But again, it's pretty much activity based. In the month of the quarter leaves really hit one of those metrics to tell us now who are our most profitable clients and are at least profitable. And so we're really getting into how do we make decisions about when you change your pricing model here or this person is just getting nothing done on a consistent basis. So anyways, those are the three key things here, kind of division and expectations, real hands on training and then serious accountability. Okay.
