Programm manager role is a people management, whether you're doing that formally or informally. A lot of that has to do scale ability, imstoa of that w whether that looks like coming into a greenfield space,. where it's a new type of project you've never done. So i prefer program management as a term, because i think even if you're managing a single project, having that perspective is very hopeful.
