I Feel Like I'm in Trouble

I feel like that wasi my whole childhood up like i'm in trouble. Can someone help? Just ask me if i'm all right? Cause i feel like i'm sending up endless signals that i am not ok. I will shut down and not address any of this for 15 years. How's that sound? I won't open up to anybody until after a crisis. I guess i'll constantly be forty five seconds away for taeicattack, all day, every day. Thanks everybody. Eternal.
