The Supreme Court's Net Choice Versus Attorney General of Florida
The ability of the state to regulate speech on social media platforms so far does not have a good record at the court. It flies in the face of an awful lot of Supreme Court precedent, regarding regulating speech activities by private corporations. This is the natural and normal application of decades of precedent. And if the Supreme Court is going to permit major speech regulations on social Media platforms by the government it's going to have to depart from its own precedent.
