What's Your Take on Free Work?

I'm all about free on your own terms. I think it's much better to find the people want to work for for free than waitina, waiting for them to come to you. It's not as simple as, hayi can make a pretty visual thing. That should mean i make money. What it actually comes down to is, business is invests in things that solve problems, that make them money. To discover this business that i'm working with, how do i make them money with the medium of video? If you can transition the conversation into value created for the company, that language makes it easier for them to look at you as an investment and less of a cost. So
