i think that we are really desperate to find our way back to ourselves and to each other. And if we don't have the language that reflects our experiences, it gets really tricky to talk about how we feel and ask for what we need. So i hope you'll join me in trying to better map your emotions in the new year. I'm noticing that i'm feeling sad. There's no point in even trying. When you do this, you aren't ignoring your difficult experience, but you're creating space in it.
