M has a standard, a chopping block for going grocery shopping and things that get put into her calendar. She says she can add 60 minute blocks to her calendar then re size them as needed. M: There is a lot of ways to automate this stuff whether you just do copy ind paste or repeating events. But i think there's really something to this block schetuling.
