What Happens in Local Church Environments?

Virgil the sort of Silicon Valley thinker guy wrote something really interesting he's written a lot about I've mentioned him on here before and just something he wrote sparked a thought for me so this is all happening at the same time there's another cultural change happening now primarily in discipleship in local church environments people change when they are discipled or apprenticed by others who are ahead of them in the faith.
