China's Response to Orca's Nuclear Submarines

The next test, I think of China's threshold is likely to come later this month when Prime Minister Al Benese will visit Washington. Of course, he's expected to announce the design for a fleet of nuclear powered submarines that will be jointly built with the United States and Britain. So how do you think Beijing is going to respond to that? Yeah, this is an interesting case. I suspect that what we'll see from Beijing in response to the Orca announcement is a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing.
