A Tertiary Character Can Still Be Important

A tertiary character is what i lump in as guard number three. The guy may or may not even write a name. He's just there. But the thing is, i still try to treat those guys as people. I've had rs that showed up for one scene, did something actually awesome, and they stayed tertiary characterscause they just moved on and did their thing.
