The White House Doesn't Like Crypto Very Much
The White House doesn't seem to like crypto very much. We need the SEC to stop fighting with CFTC over whether or not this is a jurisdictional issue on each side. The spot market should be overseen by a federal regulator as opposed to state by state. It's when you think about it from the perspective of if you're, you know, billionaire and you're sitting... You could see how it would be threatening.
