The Future of Retail

There were great opportunities in 19,000 for down and out stocks. I think we had a major expansion of retail after the oh wait, low. There was still a lot of building out in retail. And eventually there will be survivors. The American consumer does just that consumes. So I do think that will start to see bases being built in retailers going forward. But you're not seeing many bases just yet.
