Do You Like Low Intensity Bench Pressing?

Greg Jennings: I lean a lot on the low incline bench because it's hypertrophy focused. It does seem to make my shoulder a little bit happier when I'm doing low incline versus flat. He says he had muscle spasms in his pec at 16 and was told to ignore them. "I do love a really wide range of incline pressing keeps my shoulder happy,"Jennings says.
