Movie Review - Is This Really a Comedy?

i don't know that i laughed a single time watching this movie, and i have a low bar. It's not exactly on the level of of those mystery sciencs troor three thousand movies because it's a comedy. The one thing that i laughed at was the torgotis like, this is where your tax dollars are turned into horrible weapons of mass destruction. That was pretty funny. But the rest of the movie was just awful, and like, you know, just n not doing it for me, or anyone iwourd imagine at this point.
