There's a lot of movement between different parts of the country that has been accelerated or restarted post COVID. There are still all sorts of things you can do on a city, county level. San Francisco was very dysfunctional on a governance side, but it was also in the middle of this gold rush tech boom. And so there's sort of our natural network effects, these natural economies of scale that come with cities.
