Are You More or Less Encouraged Than You Were Ten Years Ago?

Are you guys more or less encouraged than you were, say, ten years ago? So is 20 22? Let's go back to the first part of the second decade. And then 20 12 ushered in what has been a decade of turbulence and polarization. The way i look at things in 20 22 is really different from 20 12. But again, i'm hopeful looking atThings in 20 tent too.
