The Challenges of Running a Retailer

We want people that come into the business to be given the freedom to operate. We've had one situation where someone, she just got really aggravated that she wasn't going to get her way and she decided she was going to leave with half the team. It's quite bizarre behavior really. But you think, oh God, first of all, why is this even going on? Like, how have we upset this person so much that they want to do this? Psychopaths are probably really good at interviewing and so they get through all your stages. And I'd like to think we have a fairly comprehensive interview process. It's about five stages and they get into a business as well.
