The Importance of a Career in Speech Pathology
I worked as a speech pathologist in public schools and in hospitals. I did a lot of work with head injured people and people with acquired brain injury. Part of the population that I was working with, in addition to deaf hearing impaired and physically impaired was this population of children diagnosed with autism. And so at that point, I decided to start taking classes toward a BCBA.
