Why Do Many People Pay a Hundred Dollar a Month?

Why do many people pay a hundred dollars a month? I was for their water. It seems, if you step back, it seems crazy that anybody in florida would ever pay for water. Why don't our houses make energy for us instead of having to pay electric bill? There are houses that are designed to be very, very cool. We're going to explore some of those options.
