Is Brand Loyalty Dead?

We're watching a movement online where people are leaving the traditional social media channels and moving towards new places where they're finding a sense of belonging. So I don't think brand loyalty is dead at all, but it's evolving to being something a bit deeper with customers than brands have ever really had the opportunity to explore. Tokenization is providing gated access for exclusivity. And maybe what is next in the marketing funnel is something we think is participation.
