Despite seeming progress in recent years - fueled by leaks, revelations, Congressional interest, and insider testimony - the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community have once again muddied the waters by proclaiming that most UFO/UAP reports are the result of hand-crafted disinformation programs aimed not only at the public, but also at Congress and our own military.
