Introduction
Albi sax was a justice of south africa's constitutional court from 19 94 to two thousand and nine. In 19 88, while living in mosambike, he lost an arm and the sight in one eye when security services planted a bomb in his car. He dedicated himself to defending people charged under race based laws until eventually imprisoned himself and forced into a decade's long exile. Alby returned to south africa after a pat it ended and was appointed to his country's highest court by president nelson mandella.
