The State's Role in Social Media Companies
There's legal precedent for those kinds of decisions where a private company has been considered legally entwined with the state and therefore restricted by the constitution. And I think that's the case in this recent Louisiana decision although the Louisiana injunction isn't aimed at the social media companies but at the federal government. If they are no longer, even in other words if the state can communicate in order of censorship. It's just much better if we don't have the state throwing us in jail for exercising our rights.
