Alec: I think the more instructive and realistic a political bionary of today is open versus closed and limt. By open, i don't just mean the free flow of informy. It means awkward economic and socialmobility not constrained to elite. The states and societies that tilt toward openness areut me those that are best positioned to compete and succeed in the future. And this might be a little utopian on my part, but it is what i believe has been great for you out there.
