Is There a Difference Between a Google Search and a Chat GPT?

I don't know who owns it or runs it right now. It was Elon Greg Brockman, Ilya Sutskiver, Wojcek, Zaremba, and Sam Altman. So they're probably doing a lot of AI stuff at Tesla too. Microsoft's going to do a deal with them, right? Definitely want to. Some people are saying this will replace Google because people have been posting memes of like a Google search versus a chat GPT inquiry.
