The defense is trying to portray this as it's very sad that Lane killed his wife yeah we have nothing to do with this that's their whole defense. The alibi motion lists seven potential witnesses who according to the defense can document Forbes's movements on the night of March 10th and early morning of March 11th so they said no one in court none of the documents named the uh they end up looking for more DNA samples basically they want more to see if anybody matches better.
