How to Approach a M&A Process
In the beginning I was only talking about partnerships and was a little bit more careful because I did and I never did that before so I wasn't sure how to even approach. But at the end of it or one day I got a few more learnings I just like directly said hey we are currently an M&A process we are going to planning to sell in two months from now but I thought you may also be interested do you want to start a conversation. That really helped so I think in hand said I should have also just like gone straight to the point but that's how much you are done.
