Sarah: One of my favorite lines from Sean was when he said, I fight for the users. So that's how I try and fight for the user because you're never going to have your client agree with everything. And so as a designer, I've realized that all I can really do is help educate those clients about the other side. Sarah: Even if they are going to go make a decision that's going to put the business before the customer, I feel like it's my responsibility to at least educate them and make them think through the customer centric decision.
