The History of the Brewery

The name of the brewery is dialect of the region. Tutler is dialect for a treeat is elder flower tree. We use h elder flowers in our beer. And because the dialect we used over here, a tudler, and we thought that's a nice name for for the brewery. Were yo always going to use elder flouer in the beer? We used from the brewery? Yes. Is that just because you liked the flavor profile? Or is it because it's something very connected to the place of the brewery?
