Commander's Greatest Social Faux Pas

The ban list is really saying what is the line of like what we want to see happen in a game of commander. And I think for a lot of it it is stuff like the expectation of playing the game. Denying people access to the game that they signed the social contract to play is like commander's greatest social faux pas. There is this discussion happening right now of like well should it be like shouldn't I be able to win. If I can win and the answer is that's not really in the spirit of commander.
