What Does a Little Score Really Mean?

Young women and patients with a more recent alcohol history are most likely to benefit. A score less than.45 indicates a good response to steroids. The patient has greater than 80% chance of surviving at six months. It's really the billy Ruben that is going to be the most important prognostic test, which drives the little score.
