You need to understand the full scope of the problem space you're working in. So I already started asking people, where can I go find these types of issues that are intricate, but not time critical so that I can pull something off of it. If there is a non technical friction point and a couple people get together to review a design document together, that is going to have impact on technical. Part of onboarding into the team is to understand the team dynamics and how I can work on those dynamics. And then the other half of that is very much a technical dive.
